A Dream Wedding...

It's every little girls dream to have such a cinderella wedding.
I was one of them... I even had the cheap skate clear plastic cinderella's shoes look alike back then and wearing them made me think I was closer to the dream wedding....

then Princess' Diana's wedding and of course the gown and THE TRAIN... and lucky enough.. the prince.
As I grew older I realise that it's not all about big gown, beautiful handbouquet, tulle veil nor jimmy choo's crystal crusted stilleto. It's all about sunset ceremony by the beach in white crochet bikini, Pamela Anderson's style! minus tommy lee for sure...

Then it's a huge rock period.... any wedding ceremony will do as long as it's JLo's engagement ring... plus Ben will do too...
After Madonna tying the knot at Skibo Castle, I thought... hey... not a bad idea, gal!!!

And recently... reality bites! unless you have a damn rich dad or father-in-law who owns a tobacco company or marrying one of the sons or grandsons of the previous first family... you just have to stick to the normal - read average and cheap - wedding ceremony.

How I wish I could afford a wedding planner to choose which crystal for the red wine and china to serve the foie grass.
Or simply to take care all the preparation that I just have to wake up on the big day ready for the make up, exchanging vows, signing the paper and dancing the whole night. Yes... I wish...
The thing is, now that I have to take care everything by myself.. with my fiance of course... (mind you Indonesian's extravagance wedding usually financed and prepared by the parents...) I have to deal that it's much complicated than I thought. Sticking to a very tight budget makes it even more tedious....
If only we could go to vegas and have a drive thru' solemnisation instead....
who needs a see through heels anyway....
